1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using the Timeloop website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Timeloop is a slit-screen time display attachment for Whoop 4.0 & 5.0 bands. Pre-orders are currently available at $39.99 per unit. Products will ship in Q2 2026. Actual specifications, colors, and features are subject to change without notice.

3. PRE-ORDER TERMS

• All pre-orders are non-refundable once a product has shipped
• You will not be charged until your order ships
• You may cancel your pre-order anytime before shipment
• Estimated ship date is Q2 2026; actual dates may vary

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify and Stripe
• Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address

5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

• Before Shipment: Full refund if cancelled before product ships
• Product Defect: Full refund if the product arrives defective or damaged

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

6. SHIPPING

• We ship to addresses within the United States only
• Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout
• Timeloop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

7. NO WARRANTY

Timeloop products are sold "as is" without any express or implied warranty. We do not warrant that the product will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Timeloop be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Timeloop website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Timeloop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

10. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any person or organization
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
